What we collect

When you fill out a form, chat with Luis AI, call or text, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone, email, the property or area you are interested in, and your message. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device, approximate location) through cookies if you accept them.

How we use it

To answer your request, send listings and information you asked for, schedule showings and appointments, and improve this website. We use Ema CRM (by Ema Media Group) to store and manage your requests.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree on a form, Luis Tejada may send you text messages about your request, such as replies, appointment reminders and listing alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share your information only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to you (for example our CRM, email and hosting providers), with professionals you ask us to connect you with, or when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and ads

Analytics and advertising tags load only after you accept cookies. Form answers are never sent to advertising platforms.
